According to her mother Lea was singing before she could even speak. She was raised in the tradition of her mother's family (The Jones Family Gospel Singers) to respect the values of deep spirituality and tight harmony. From her father - a world travelled trumpeter - Lea inherited a passion and propensity for the details of music theory and a polished performance. Last year Lea proceeded to the final rounds at the G A Music Industry Songwriting Competition and was awarded second place at the Eddie's Attic Artist Showcase Competition. In summer 2003 she released her second CD 'Looking Forward' which she followed up with extensive east coast touring as well as a number of overseas performances. |

ACOUSTIC EVENING OF ECLECTIC M 16/05/2007 Calling All Bands, Duos, Solo Artists!! We are looking to fill an acoustic evening with a variety of different up and coming acts. SUNDAY 3RD JUNE & MONDAY 4TH JUNE, 8PM A great chance to come and perform live in front of an eager 'listening' audience. All slots are 20-25 mins.
