 A SINGER who supported Wishbone Ash and Glenn Tilbrook in Morecambe recently must be quite good, was my first thought when I received Pete Lashley's latest CD. But nothing could have prepared me for just HOW good. The Milnthorpe songwriter has produced an accomplished album, full of melodic tunes from start to finish. Variety is its strength, as Pete certainly has more than one string to his acoustic guitar. I've heard other one-man-and-his-guitar types whose songs all sound the same. Pete Lashley definitely does not fit into that category. - Morecambe Today
