I really enjoy playing this night, its busy and the whole vibe is friendly and relaxed it also leads on to some paid gigs on sat and fri night with sophie. Its also cool to be playing and not have to be listening to what some one ate for dinner last night cos its down stairs so you get peeps who wanna listen to the music. would defo come back and recomend it to peeps!

I love this night! I went down this week and really enjoyed my self. The night had a really high standard of acts and a really warm audience. Sophie who runs the night is very welcoming and as you get to know the other acts it all feels like one big family. I will start to be a regular here and can't wait to play again. I highly recommend this night!

I went along last Monday, played 3 songs which was good considering the amount of people that were there and overall the standard was high while the acts were diverse. The night is downstairs away from the football, so you don't have to worry about the audience being distracted by a fabulous individual effort by Ronaldo while you are playing and the crowd are warm and responsive. Sophie is a charming host who does a great job putting the night together and getting everybody who wants to play onto the stage, go to the next one, highly recomended!

This night has really started getting busy so its best to get there early if you want a garanteed spot although the hostess sophie is very good at fitting you in if you are late!, Ive played twice now and the 1st time they had some problems with the P.A but max the sound guy was really good and the second time they had a new p.a system which made all the difference. Its a great little venue and the audience is very friendly its an interesting night as its a whole mix of people from flute players to one lady with an amazing voice singing acapello. The one thing about this night which is very different to the others is that if you turn up at 8.00pm you can have a sound check if you want one! I will definatly be going back to this night and look forward to playing there again.

Glad to see this venue back up and running, thanks to the lovely Sophie. there weren't many punters there by the time I played, and my joke about the Liverpool Airport suspect vehicle went down badly, (Fully taxed, insured and the stereo intact...) but this is one of my favourite bars. Please come along and populate it. Also, it's packed full of loose young women. Now come on!!!
